1st edition Japanese shin hanga woodblock print by Hiroshi Yoshida (1876-1950) titled "Yoshikawa" dated Showa 10 (1935). The jizure (self-printed) seal is faintly visible at the upper left margin and can be seen clearly in the enlargement. The artist's black ink signature and red seal is at the lower right. The print is titled in the lower left margin and pencil-signed in the lower right margin. Paper: 10 3/4" x 16" (image: 9 1/2" x 14 5/8"). Very good overall condition with full margins. The print is lightly faded and there is a faint mat burn line around the margin. The paper is slightly discolored and toned across the top section of the back. There is a tiny pinhole in the top margin and a small pencil notation at the top right corner. Illustrated in "The Complete Woodblock Prints of Yoshida Hiroshi," Abe Publications, color plate #201.
