Limited edition Japanese mezzotint by Katsunori Hamanishi (b. 1949) titled “Game – Work No. 17” featuring ropes twisted around two pairs of metal pipes set against a velvety black background. The print is titled, signed, and numbered 8/100 all in pencil in the bottom margin. A number “67” is in pencil in the bottom left margin and “HM-17” is in pencil at the lower right margin corner. Undated, but other images from the “Game” series are dated to the 1980s. Paper: 14 1/2" x 13” (image: 10” x 8 1/4"). Excellent original condition with a few light pencil smudges in the margin areas.
