Pencil-signed Japanese shin hanga woodblock print by Toshi Yoshida (1911-1995) titled "Morinji in Spring" and dated in the left margin 1951. The artist's Yoshida seal is at the lower right with the pencil-signature below. Paper size: 10 7/8" x 16" (image: 9 11/16" x 14 5/8"). Good overall condition. The print is slightly sun struck as evidenced by a mat line in the margins. A tiny faint spot is in the sky to the left of the flying birds. The print is backed with what appears to be a thin archival paper.
