Japanese shin hanga woodblock print titled "A Little Temple Gate" featuring the gate to Bunnosuke Teahouse by Hiroshi Yoshida (1876-1950) dated Showa 8 (1933). First edition impression with "jizure" (self-printed) seal in the upper left margin. The artist's black ink brush signature and red seal is at the lower left and the print is pencil-signed in the lower right margin. Illustrated in "The Complete Woodblock Prints of Yoshida Hiroshi," Abe Publications, color plate #181. Paper measures 15 3/4" x 10 3/4" (image size: 14 5/8" x 9 1/2"). Very good overall condition with full margins. There is a light, thin mat line in the margin at the top and right side and there are a few traces of adhesive visible along the top back.
