This image is pencil-signed “T. Nakayama,” numbered 34/95, and dated 1983 in the bottom margin. The bottom margin edge also contains the. The red Nakayama seal is verso. A color illustration of this image can be found on plate 205 of “T. Nakayama” published in 1989. According to this publication, this image was produced in 33 printing stages using 18 blocks and 31 colors. Paper size: 26 7/8”V x 13 1/4”H (image: 21 3/8”V x 9 3/4”H). This print is in very good overall condition. There is no tape verso. The print is sunstruck in the area of the margin not covered by the previous mat. This image was purchased in Japan at the time of production and is from a Scottsdale, Arizona collection.
